SandiaSpells Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SandiaSpells, formerly AffirMElon.

Use Of The App

SandiaSpells helps you create affirmations, voice audio, and listening tracks for personal reflection and mindfulness. “Spells” is creative framing for intentional affirmation practice, not a promise of supernatural, medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed effects. You are responsible for the goals, prompts, recordings, and other content you provide.

Wellness Disclaimer

SandiaSpells is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, emergency support, or a substitute for professional advice. If you need professional help or are in crisis, contact a licensed clinician or emergency service.

Voice Consent

Only upload, record, clone, or synthesize voices that you own or have permission to use. Do not use SandiaSpells to impersonate another person or create non-consensual voice content.

Cloud Services

Some features use the SandiaSpells backend and third-party providers for affirmation generation, voice design, voice cloning, synthesis, and track rendering. These features may be rate-limited, quota-limited, unavailable, modified, or removed.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription or entitlement. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple or the platform where you subscribed unless a separate billing flow states otherwise.

Acceptable Use

Do not use SandiaSpells for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, infringing, non-consensual, or harmful content. Do not attempt to extract provider keys, bypass quotas, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected service behavior.

Generated Content

Generated affirmations and audio may be imperfect. Review generated content before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in a sensitive context.

Changes

SandiaSpells may change features, providers, pricing, limits, and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
